Custom Pool Construction

New pool construction and renovation have different starting points. Explain what you want to retain and what should change, then compare the scope of each option before making decisions about the final appearance.

✓ Custom pool design
✓ New pool construction
✓ Spas and water features
✓ Residential and commercial projects
✓ Project planning and permitting

Pool Remodeling & Renovation

New finishes should not be treated as a diagnosis for unexplained water loss. Establish whether leak testing or repair is needed before settling the renovation sequence, and keep each part of the scope identifiable.

✓ Water-loss concerns review
✓ Repair sequencing
✓ Surface preparation
✓ Resurfacing and tile options
✓ Completion and startup planning

Outdoor Living & Backyard Improvements

Discuss outdoor additions before committing to the finished deck and coping. A proposed kitchen, fire feature or lighting change may need its own scope, including how it connects with the existing pool area.

✓ Outdoor kitchens
✓ Fire features
✓ Pool lighting
✓ Sun shelves and water features
✓ Coordinated backyard improvements

New Skimmer Prepared for the Pool-Finish Phase in Tarpon Springs
April 2026

Solution: A new skimmer was installed as part of a renovation sequence. The surrounding area was cut beneath the tile so the new interior-finish phase could tie into the skimmer installation.

Project stage: The service record documents the skimmer work and preparation for the finish installation; it does not record the later finish outcome.

Plan Your Pool Remodel

Record water additions and any known repair history. Share those observations along with your design goals. Ask which testing comes first and how the written scope distinguishes leak repair, preparation and the selected finishes.
