Problem: A water-loss investigation found visible structural damage that required a permanent renovation plan.

Diagnosis: Three significant cracks were documented. Two began near the tile on the house side and extended approximately three feet and two feet down the wall. A third crack appeared across the pool near the same alignment, raising the possibility that the cracks connect beneath the fiberglass surface. Both filter inlet and outlet fittings also leaked, while the skimmer, wall fittings, main drain and light tested without active leakage.

Recommendation: Structural staples and tile replacement were specified as the permanent repair approach, with the crack layout to guide the renovation scope.

Structural and Beam Cracks Identified During a St. Petersburg Leak Investigation

Problem: A pool was evaluated with static dye and electronic leak-detection methods to separate plumbing leakage from structural water-loss concerns.

Findings: The skimmer, wall fittings and main drain were free of active leaks during the inspection. The technician instead documented structural cracks and beam cracks in the pool shell and tile-line area.

Recommendation: A permanent repair scope was recommended using structural staples with related tile replacement. The record documents the condition and proposed repair without representing that the structural work had already been completed.

Travertine Deck, Coping, Tile and Interior Finish Installed in St. Petersburg

Work completed: The remodeling record documents a new travertine deck, skimmer tile, coping, interior finish and sealant. The project scope also included five black lights, two colored lights and a new lower screen section.

Result: These listed deck, finish, lighting and screen components were recorded as installed as part of the St. Petersburg renovation.

Pebble Finish, Skimmer and Shell Step Markers Installed in St. Petersburg

Problem: This St. Petersburg renovation called for a new pool finish, skimmer replacement and decorative step markers.

Solution: The selected finish in the project schedule was Aqua Reef River Rok pebble, with four blue shell mosaic markers specified for the steps. The completion notes confirm installation of a new skimmer, shell markers on the steps and a new interior finish. The accompanying finish certificate records a 705-square-foot application completed on February 4, 2026.

Result: The documented closeout covers the renewed interior surface, replaced skimmer and installed step details. The dated finish certificate provides a separate record of the surface area and application date.
