Problem: The renovation scope addressed the skimmer area, a structural crack near the skimmer, pool features and the interior finish.
Work completed: A new skimmer was installed and finished with tile. Six structural staples were installed across the crack near the skimmer. The project also included a bench-style sun shelf, a bubbler feature and a new return fitting.
Finish phase: The pool interior finish was completed as a separate phase of the same renovation.
Result: The service record documents completion of the skimmer, structural reinforcement, feature work and pool-finish scope.
