Function:
Put your troubleshooting skills to work on the systems that keep a pool running. As a Swimming Pool Repair Technician with Florida Pool Tech in Clearwater or Bradenton, you will diagnose, repair and install pool equipment, and help customers understand the work their pool needs.
Diagnose and repair pumps, filters, underwater lights, gas heaters, heat pumps, automation controls and salt systems. Install replacement equipment and connect the associated pool plumbing.
Locate and patch pool leaks. Communicate findings to a supervisor when structural, underground plumbing or equipment problems require an estimate for a permanent repair.
This role combines practical plumbing, electrical, HVAC and gas-system skills. Bring a careful approach to diagnosis, a commitment to quality workmanship and an interest in continuing to develop your trade.

Requirements
Minimum 24 Years Old
High school diploma, GED or equivelant
Pool knowledge preferred
Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs or more
Extended periods of sitting, standing, stooping
Valid and current drivers license. No DUI, Careless, Wreckless minimum 5 years
Must be able to pass background and drug testing
