Quality pool finishes start with careful preparation. As a Finish Prep Technician with Florida Pool Tech in Clearwater or Bradenton, you will carry out the hands-on work that prepares swimming pools for their next finish.
Remove existing tile, locate and remove hollow areas in the old pool finish, and undercut around interior fittings and fixtures. Prepare these areas for the next stage of the project.
Install mosaics and marker tile, apply bonding material and clean up the jobsite. Bring attention to detail to the preparation work that supports the completed pool.
Develop practical pool-construction skills while contributing to renovation projects. This role offers the opportunity to build your skill set through real work and a commitment to quality.

Requirements
Minimum 24 Years Old
High school diploma, GED or equivelant
Pool knowledge preferred
Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs or more
Extended periods of sitting, standing, stooping
Valid and current drivers license. No DUI, Careless, Wreckless minimum 5 years
Must be able to pass background and drug testing
