Pool Tile Renovation in Largo
July 2026

Problem: In July 2026, we carried out a pool tile renovation at a Largo property. The selected material was black unglazed porcelain tile, as identified in the project record.

Solution: The work included demolition and removal of the existing tile followed by installation of the new tile. Both stages are explicitly recorded in the completion notes.

Result: The record confirms that the demolition and installation were completed. The case identifies the material used as well as the work performed to replace the existing tile.

Travertine Walkway and Wet-Deck Pavers Installed in Largo
December 2025

Problem: The Largo renovation called for a travertine-paver walkway along the left side of the pool, removal of an existing planter, and correction of the wet-deck pitch and level.

Diagnosis: During site preparation, a tree-root stump and additional base-fill needs were documented within the walkway area.

Solution: The planter was removed, the stump was ground out, and debris was cleared. The paver base was prepared and leveled, travertine pavers were installed for the walkway and wet-deck area, and the joints were filled and locked.

Result: The completion record confirms installation of the new pavers and documents the added preparation required for the walkway base.
